Cheering ADに許可取りを依頼する場合の流れを教えてください

Cheering ADが推しの事務所に代わって許可取りを行います。以下の流れで進めさせていただきます。

📋 許可取りの流れ

STEP1：お申し込み

期限： 広告掲出の3ヶ月前までにサイトからお申し込み

STEP2：事務所への確認

Cheering ADが事務所・権利元に以下の2点を確認いたします：

① ファンによる応援広告の掲出許可
② 広告に使用する素材の提供許可

STEP3：結果のご連絡

許可が得られた場合： 広告掲出に進みます
許可が得られなかった場合： お申し込みをキャンセルいたします（事前にご連絡）

⏱️ 許可取りにかかる期間

最大1ヶ月 お時間をいただきます
※事務所により対応期間が異なるため、余裕を持ったスケジュールでお申し込みください。

⚠️ 重要な注意事項

素材提供について：
掲出許可が得られても、素材提供を断られる場合があります。その場合はファンが描いたオリジナルイラスト等で広告を制作してください。素材の無断使用は禁止です。

クラウドファンディングについて

もしクラウドファンディングで応援広告の資金を集める場合も、事務所の許可が必要です。「Cheering ADクラファン」を利用する場合は、 申し込み時に必ずお伝えください。

🚨 トラブル回避のために

応援広告の掲出に関してjeki応援広告事務局「Cheering AD」は、「貴団体」と第三者の間で生じたいかなる紛争についても、「jeki」及び「権利元」は一切の責任を負いかねます。ルールを守って楽しく推し活しましょう。

🌍 海外事務所の場合

海外事務所への許可取りは行っておりません。ファン団体様にて直接確認をお願いいたします。
許可取得後は証明書類をご準備ください。

自分で事務所に許可を取る場合、何を確認すればいいですか？

 "Cheering AD" will obtain permission from the secretariat or rights holder to which the support target belongs to place the ad or use the image.

If you wish to request permission, please choose the ad you wish to post and apply for it from the website at least 3 months prior to the advertisement.

The jeki cheering ad secretariat will confirm the following

Permission from the rights holder
Permission from the rights holders, such as the office to which you belong, is required to post an ad in support of jeki. We will confirm the following two points with the respective offices and rights holders.
(1) Whether or not they will allow fans to advertise in support of the event.
(2) Whether you can borrow materials (official images of the artist himself/herself, etc.) for use in the advertisement.

Unauthorized use of materials is not permitted.
Even if you have permission to post an advertisement, you may not be able to provide us with the materials to be used in the advertisement. In such cases, please create your own original illustration or create your own ad design. Please do not use the materials without permission.

Crowdfunding also requires permission from the rights holder. Please be sure to ask for permission.
When raising funds through crowdfunding for support ads, you must also obtain permission from your office. If you are planning to crowdfund, please inform the jeki Supporting Advertisement Office in advance.

jeki Supporting Advertisement Office is not responsible for any dispute between your organization and any third party in connection with your organization's use of the Service, nor is jeki or the rights holder responsible for any dispute arising from your organization's use of the Service.
