応援広告が出せない対象/Ineligible Subjects for FAN Support Ads

応援広告は、媒体社の規定により、掲出可能な対象がめられています。 

原則として、事務所に所属していない個人の方（無所属）への応援広告は掲出できません。

具体的には、以下の対象については掲出をお断りしております。

1. 個人・フリーランスで活動している方

• 事務所に所属していない「個人勢」の活動者。

• 個人VTuber： ご本人から直接許諾を得ている場合でも、掲出できません。

2. オーディション番組の出演終了後、現在無所属の方

• 番組終了後、次の事務所（所属先）が決まっていない（または未発表の）方

3. 特定の業態・店舗に勤務されている方

• ホストクラブ、コンセプトカフェなどのキャスト・従業員の方。

4. 成人向け・過激な表現を含むコンテンツ

• 成人向けコンテンツに関連する活動者や、漫画・ゲーム等の作品。

• 露出表現、過激な描写、性的・暴力的表現が含まれるもの。

5. 意見広告・政治・宗教関連

• 各種団体の主張、政治的メッセージ、宗教的勧誘、または特定の理念を啓蒙する「意見広告」。

6. 公序良俗に反する内容・その他

• 公序良俗に反する内容、名誉毀損、誹謗中傷、または他者の権利を侵害する恐れがあるもの。

• その他、Cheering ADおよび媒体社が「広告掲出を適当でない」と判断したもの。

【ご注意事項】

• 事務所に所属しており、事務所の許諾を得ている場合でも、各媒体社の独自の審査基準により掲出できない場合がございます。

• 掲出可否の最終判断は媒体社が行います。あらかじめご了承ください。

   

Support advertisements are subject to strict eligibility criteria set by each media company.

In principle, we are unable to accept support advertisements for individuals who are not affiliated with a talent agency or management company.

Specifically, we do not accept advertisements for the following:

1. Individuals working independently or as freelancers
   Creators and performers who are not affiliated with any agency or management company.
   Individual VTubers: Even if you have obtained direct permission from the person, advertisements cannot be placed.

2. Individuals who are currently unaffiliated after appearing on an audition program
   Those who have completed an audition program but have not yet joined (or publicly announced) a management agency.

3. Individuals working in specific business sectors
   Cast members or employees of host clubs, concept cafés, or similar establishments.

4. Adult or explicit content
   Individuals involved in adult-oriented content, or works such as manga or games that include adult themes.
   Content containing explicit exposure, graphic depictions, sexual content, or violent expressions.

5. Opinion-based, political, or religious advertisements
   Advertisements promoting the claims of specific groups, political messages, religious solicitation, or advocacy of particular ideologies.

6. Content contrary to public order and morals, or otherwise inappropriate
   Content that violates public order and morals, constitutes defamation or slander, or may infringe upon the rights of others.
   Any other content deemed inappropriate for advertisement placement by Cheering AD or the respective media company.

Important Notes

Even if the individual is affiliated with an agency and you have obtained the agency’s permission, placement may still be declined based on the independent review standards of each media company.

The final decision regarding approval or rejection of an advertisement rests with the media company. Thank you for your understanding.
